In March 2023, the Port Neches Link Pipeline System entered operations, enabling last-mile connectivity for South Bow’s Keystone Pipeline System at its South Bow Keystone Nederland Delivery Station to allow for the delivery of crude oil to facilities at the Motiva Terminal in Port Neches, Texas.
The 36-inch, 3.5-mile common carrier pipeline system also includes facilities to tie in additional liquids terminals in the Port Arthur area to Motiva’s refinery and other downstream infrastructure, including the P66 Beaumont Terminal.
South Bow and Motiva Enterprises LLC (Motiva) have partnered through a joint venture (Port Neches Link LLC) to own and operate the pipeline asset.
The Port Neches Link Pipeline System is governed by the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC).
