Third-Party Requests for Employment Verification


South Bow provides both verbal and written employment verification for current and former employees. To request verification, third parties must follow these steps:

Number 1
Submit an employment verification request

Send your request to human.resources@southbow.com and ensure all forms are provided as attachments or links that do not require a user account/signing in.

Number 2
Provide signed consent

This is required for all employees (current or former) to authorize the release of employment information. The only acceptable methods include a wet signature (dated within the past 6 months) or a DocuSign electronic signature (no other platforms can be used).

Verification requests will typically be processed within 2 to 5 business days.

Drug and Alcohol Testing (DOT) Verification


To request verification of drug and alcohol testing (DOT) history, please follow the same process outlined for third-party information requests. Please note that additional processing time may be required for DOT verification requests.

Requests for Former Employees


If you are a former South Bow employee and require an employment verification letter, please submit a detailed request along with your contact information (including your phone number) to human.resources@southbow.com.
