Heather Krislock

Heather Krislock is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of South Bow, responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the company’s assets and infrastructure. Her portfolio includes Operations, Engineering, Control Center, Safety, Integrity, Land, Environment and Emergency Management.

A professional engineer with 25 years of energy industry experience, Heather has held senior leadership roles across North America’s energy sector. Her career spans operational, technical and commercial leadership across large-scale energy infrastructure, with a focus on operational excellence, disciplined execution, asset performance and organizational capability.

Prior to joining South Bow, Heather held several executive roles at TC Energy, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Safety and Technical Services. During her tenure, she also led Commercial Operations, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Health, Safety and Emergency Management. Earlier in her career, Heather held leadership positions with Canadian Natural Resources and Devon Energy.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Western University. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
